Governance

The project's sponsor is theUniversity of Montpellier, through its Department of Structuring Programs, whose role is to contribute to the University's development through cross-disciplinary initiatives designed to create a shared dynamic with its national and international partners, and to support its ambitions in terms of research, training, innovation, international visibility, science-society links and student life.
The Strategic Orientation Committee (Comité d'Orientation Stratégique - COS ) is involved in defining the major strategic orientations, allocating resources and approving the action plan proposed by the ESNbyUM Director. It is chaired by the UM President and includes the Vice-President in charge of Training and University Life, consortium members and invited members from the project's supporting partners. The project's consortium partners are health establishments, training or support organizations and companies.
The Steering Committee proposes to the COS the strategic decisions required to achieve the project's objectives. It ensures that the project runs smoothly: progress is made, objectives are met, deadlines are adhered to, quality is maintained and financial costs are minimized.
The missions of the Pedagogy and Innovation Committees are to propose a pedagogy and innovation strategy to enable the implementation and ongoing improvement of the quality of ESNbyUM's teaching and training offering.
The Ethics and Supervisory Board is an independent body responsible for ensuring compliance with the ethical and deontological rules of good training practice.
