2nd edition of the "Training Digital Health trainers" seminar (DE)
The summary seminar of the "Digital Health Training for Trainers", organized by the Digital Health School of the University of Montpellier and its partners, took place on Thursday, February 6, 2025 at the Occitanie Competence Red Cross.
Seminar objectives:
- Feedback on training
- Projection towards the "Santé Numérique"TU for students
- Co-design of a bank of questions for assessment: "Mon quiz en Santé Numérique" Challenge
- Graduation ceremony
Course:
The event began with an introductory speech by Professor Maurice Hayot, Director of ESNbyUM, and Dr Brigitte Couette, ESNbyUM Coordinator. This was followed by a session on feedback from future graduates on their training, then a session on pedagogical projection for student training with :
- The different formats of the "Santé Numérique"TU , presented by Blandine Chapel, Head of digital health training deployment for healthcare and medico-social professionals
- Feedback from trainers on the "Santé Numérique"TU of the odd-numbered semester, provided by Cindy François, lead trainer at UFR Odontologie, and Agnès Aldebert, lead trainer at IFCS Montpellier.
- Initiatives proposed for the "Santé Numérique"TU in the even-numbered semester, presented by Aldjia Abdellaoui, Director of IFMK Montpellier, and Patrice Ravel, UFR Pharmacie's Santé Numérique referent trainer.
- A focus on student assessment
After a well-deserved break, the afternoon was devoted to co-designing a bank of questions for student assessment. Divided into five workshops, the trainers evaluated their peers' questions and suggested ways of improving them.
The day ended on a high note with the graduation ceremony. 104 trainers received their diplomas. Congratulations to our graduates!
