2nd edition of the launch seminar of the "Digital Health Training for Trainers" project

The launch seminar for the second edition of the DE "Formation des formateurs à la Santé Numérique", organized by the Digital Health School of the University of Montpellier and its partners, took place on Thursday, November 21, 2024 in the Genopolys Amphitheatre.

This seminar is part of a three-stage program:
- The face-to-face launch seminar
- Distance learning for the 5 Digital Health skills blocks
- The face-to-face wrap-up seminar, which will include the ESNbyUM trainer diploma award ceremony.

• Seminar objectives:
  - Create a dynamic between trainers in the healthcare and medico-social sectors
  - Initiate an approach to Digital Health training, sharing and interdisciplinary work
  - Discover the various fields of Digital Health
  - Project yourself into the deployment of the "Digital Health"TU , scheduled for the start of the 2025 academic year.

Course:
The event began with a keynote speech by Professor Maurice Hayot, Director of ESNbyUM.

We then had the chance to discover the national and regional vision of Digital Health, thanks to contributions from Julie Durand, Director of GRADeS e-santé Occitanie, Sylvie Cabanes, Head of Innovations Numériques en Santé et Télésanté and Réjane Simon, Director of Care and Educational Advisor, both from ARS Occitanie.

The "Training for Digital Health at ESNbyUM" session was an opportunity to present the various training courses offered by the École de Santé Numérique and to offer feedback from two trainers from the first class of the DE "Training for Digital Health trainers".

The following session, "Train the trainer program 2024-2025", provided an opportunity to delve into the content of the training program and to talk about the pedagogical challenges for digital health, around tools such as pedagogical cases or around learning methods with the VARK test.

The event was a great success, with over 130 participants, including 110 future trainers.
