The Master's degree in Strategic Management of healthcare organizations is a national diploma, registered in the Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles (RNCP), awarded by the University of Montpellier, in partnership with CESEGH.
From the start of the 2023-2024 academic year, in collaboration with the Ecole de Santé Numérique de l'Université de Montpellier et de ses partenaires (ESNbyUM), the Master's degree has been strengthened in Digital Health.
Objectives
The objectives of this Master's degree offered by MOMA and Cesegh are to :
- training (initial training) and upgrading (continuing training) of high-level managerial and functional staff
- train multi-skilled managers by combining the latest scientific and practical knowledge in management sciences applied to the healthcare sector with an in-depth understanding of the economic, legal, social and managerial dimensions of the healthcare and medico-social sector.
The reinforced program in Digital Health, in collaboration with the Ecole de Santé Numérique de l'Université de Montpellier et de ses partenaires (ESNbyUM) enables :
- understand the challenges of digital health
- acquire the knowledge and skills needed to work in a context of digitalization of professional practice and transformation of the healthcare system through digital technology.
Target audience
The Master's program is open to initial training, apprenticeships and continuing education.
- Continuing education
The diploma is aimed at managers and executives of healthcare establishments, doctors and nursing staff with several years' experience in a position of responsibility in the healthcare or medico-social sector.
Master 1: candidates must hold a level 6 diploma and Bac+3.
Master 2: candidates must hold a level 6 diploma and Bac+4.
If necessary, they must apply for a Validation des Acquis Professionnels et Personnels (VAPP) from the University of Montpellier's Continuing Education Department.
